Location. The central Amadeus Hotel is located in Venice, Italy, within one kilometre of the Rialto Bridge. St Mark's Square is two kilometres away. Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) is 15 kilometres from the hotel. Hotel Features. Amadeus Hotel is a pale yellow, four storey building with a terrace, courtyard and private garden. The elegant lobby is decorated with marble floors, upholstered armchairs, mirrors and a dark wood front desk. Currency exchange is available, and concierge staff can advise on sightseeing.
The hotel's Japanese restaurant, Mirai, serves sushi and sashimi, tempura and shisoten.
The Sala Mozart is the Amadeus Hotel's main meeting and conference facility, and is located next to the hotel garden. Business services and banqueting facilities are available.

From Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE): Distance to Amadeus Hotel is 15 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes' drive.
Getting there. ATVO buses run every 30 minutes to Piazzale Roma in the city centre. The journey time is 20 minutes and single tickets cost 3 EUR. The ACTV number 5 bus also goes to Piazzale Roma. The number 15 bus runs between the airport and Venice Mestre train station. At Piazzale Roma, water buses (vaporetto) are available. A free bus service links the airport terminal to the airport jetty; from here, regular Alilaguna boats leave for the city. Single tickets cost 10 EUR. Private water taxis are available, but are typically very expensive. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. The Amadeus Hotel is on Lista Di Spagna. Venice is best explored on foot or by public water buses (vaporetto). Three day passes for the public water bus cost 25 EUR and offer unlimited travel. Water taxis and gondolas are also available. Gondola ferries (traghetti) cross the Grand Canal and the fare is 50 cents. Drivers can leave their cars at Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto.
